The art feature Lost in Nature created by Alberta takes us into the incomprehensible worlds and vastness of nature, in which humanity sometimes seems to get lost.

.

For the premiere of Alberta's new online art format Virtual ART Spaces, which will convince with fictional, completely reimagined exhibitions in the near future, BURN-IN this time brings thirteen significant works by Richard Fischer and Linda Steinthórsdóttir in front of the digital curtain.

.

Fischer's contemporary photographic art engages in an inspiring, thought-provoking, highly emotional dialogue. In the process, he portrays his floral sculptures in a most wonderful way. With his very own light painting, he impressively and uniquely stages the beauty and transience of his protagonists. Endangered species play a very special role in this.

The works of the Icelander Steinthórsdottir, which can be attributed to Minimal Art, form a counterpoint to this. They focus on the identity of landscapes in nature. They combine the beauty of nature with the beauty of art and transport us into an unfamiliar otherworld that brims with vitality and can hardly be put into words. Multifaceted reflections on water and ice testify to the indescribably beautiful, iridescent grace of northern light.
